Privacy Policy
Arizona Bio Services LLC (“Arizona Bio Services”, “we”, “us”) provides biohazard and crime scene cleanup services in Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through arizonabioservices.com (the “website”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use a request form on this website, we collect what you enter:
- Help requests: type of service, location (optional), name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred contact method, and an optional message.
- Commercial and agency inquiries: organization name, property or facility type (optional), cities served (optional), name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred contact method, and an optional message.
We also receive the information you share when you call or email us.
Please don’t include graphic, medical or other sensitive personal details in the form. We will discuss the specifics of your situation by phone.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information about requests to the website, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. We use it to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including limiting repeated form submissions.
- Spam and abuse prevention. The request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes information about your browser, device and interaction with the page for that purpose.
- Web fonts. The website’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files directly from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address, browser information and the address of the page requesting the fonts. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and cookies. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tools, and the website itself does not set cookies. Some buttons and form steps record non-personal events (such as “call button used”) inside your browser; these are not sent to us or anyone else. If we add an analytics or advertising service, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you by your preferred method.
- To provide and schedule the services you request, and to prepare any project documentation agreed with you before work begins.
- To protect the website and our business from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We use the following service providers to run this website and receive your requests:
- Vercel, Inc. hosts the website and runs the contact-form service (server logs, and the form submission while it is processed).
- Resend delivers each form submission to our business email (the contents of your submission).
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) checks that form submissions come from a person (browser, device and interaction signals; IP address).
- Google (Google Workspace) provides our business email, where your request is received and stored (the contents of your submission and any emails you exchange with us).
- Google (Google Fonts) supplies the website’s typefaces, which your browser requests directly from Google (IP address, browser information and the referring page address; no form contents).
When we share information
We share your information only:
- with the service providers listed above;
- with people you ask us to work with, such as your insurance company or adjuster, property manager or other authorized representative;
- with contractors who help us perform services you request, limited to what they need; and
- when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is needed to protect the safety of any person.
How long we keep information
Form submissions are not stored in a website database. Each one is delivered by email and kept in our business email for as long as we need it to respond, provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Our email delivery provider and hosting provider may keep records for a limited period under their own retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to our business email to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep some records, for example where the law requires it or to complete services you requested.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
